Steps to allow the browser 'Microphone' and 'Camera' permissions to record VC through SV for Google Chrome users

Follow these simple steps to get started:
 

Step 1 - Log in to Smile Virtual with your login credentials and navigate to the ‘Dashboard’ page located in the Menu bar.

Step 2 - Navigate to the address bar of your browser and click on the toggle button.

Step 3 - After clicking on the toggle button in the address bar, the below given box opens up. Now allow the ‘Camera’ and ‘Microphone’ permissions by clicking on the buttons. This will let you record virtual consultations through SV successfully.
