You can now upload pre-recorded Intro videos and Personal videos directly from your computer:

• Head to the Intro Video page to upload a polished, pre-recorded video that introduces you and your practice to new patients.

• When preparing a virtual consultation, simply go to the patient's profile, add the case images and treatment options, and choose to upload a pre-recorded Personal video—no need to record it live.

This update is perfect for creating high-quality, consistent messaging that saves you time while maintaining a personal touch. Whether you're optimizing your workflow or tailoring content for different patient types, this new feature brings more convenience and professionalism to every consultation.
