Smile Virtual - Case Images & Videos

Smile Virtual provides a feature called ‘Case Images & Videos’ to all the dentists on the platform. The ‘Case Images & Videos’ page can be used for adding and managing the case images & videos for your Smile Virtual account. Follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1 - Log in to Smile Virtual with your login credentials and go to the ‘Case Images & Videos’ page in the Menu bar.

Step 2 - Now, you can view various options to manage your case Images & videos.

• In the first section, we can see the option to upload case images or videos. We can click the ‘Choose files’ button & upload files through it. The accepted file types are PNG, JPEG, JPG, and MP4 & the maximum file size should be 100 MB. This section also has a ‘How to use’ button, upon clicking which, we will be able to view help videos on how to layout images to upload to the case library & how to compress images of large sizes

• Below this section, we can find all the uploaded case images & videos. We can hide the case images by clicking on them, to unhide them we will have to click on them again. To delete the case images we will have to click on the delete icon visible on top of each image or video.

Please Note: Once we hide a case image, it won’t be visible while selecting a case image for a patient during a virtual consultation.
