Smile Virtual - Add Patient

Smile Virtual provides a feature called ‘Add Patient’ to all the dentists on the platform. The ‘Add Patient’ page can be used to add patients to your Smile Virtual account. Follow these simple steps to get started with ‘Add Patient’:

Step 1 - Log in to Smile Virtual with your login credentials and go to the ‘Add Patient’ page in the Menu bar or click on the ‘Add Patient’ icon located near the Menu icon. 

Step 2 - Now, you can view various fields that need to be added to add a new patient.

• Add the patient’s first name, last name, email address, postal code, phone number, about, guardian name (if under 18 years old), close-up images, selfie, etc, and then click the add patient button to save the details. After this, the patient will be added to your Smile Virtual account and will be visible on your dashboard page. 

Note: After adding the patient you can proceed to your Smile Virtual dashboard and send a personalized video consult or an intro video to the patient.
