Editing Emails

I have had multiple patient examples where the patient had had issues with the email protocol. They are unable to put their preferred email address in because it will not accept it, or they would like to have the consultation sent to a different email, or they made an error in their email address submission (like putting gmail..comm instead of gmail.com). I currently have had to recreate a new submission for them with the new email and then re-record a new consultation video for them (a lot of extra work). Is there no other way to edit the email address from my side or the patients side and be able to resend the video without having to re-record it?
