Smile virtual not working on Mobile

Hi, I haven’t revived a consult request I. A while and I’ve tested it. When you got to submit photos under test email addresses, it says I’ve been logged in for over 12 hours and doesn’t let the submission work.. patients messaged me it wants working and that’s what happens when I tested it.
