Doctors are unable to record Consults/Videos
Problems:
- "I have recorded two videos and done all of the normal steps but it's only recording the audio. While recording I can see myself and it counts down like normal but when I click review the video is black."
- "Audio and Video seem to be consistently out of sync over the last several months of videos I've recorded. This had not been an issue previously."
It appears that any that have audio or recording issues are probably a browser permissions issue. So, they just need to go into their browser permissions and allow it to use the microphone and camera.
Check the permissions there you search for System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Check all the necessary tabs in the privacy tab.
